Founded in the UAE, Miyabi is a sushi restaurant that was seeking to recreate their menu in order shine a light on its fresh ingredients. This was a particularly challenging task, given the fact that the UAE F&B market is known for being highly competitive, with many players jostling for space.

The project began with intense research, followed by establishing that the best way forward would be through a dynamic menu that celebrated the ingredients through photography. Attention was paid to every single aspect of the customer journey, including the actual finishing of the paper used on the menu. I opted for an almost-velvety texture, making just handling the menu a new experience for customers.
